A support group for people and families living in Northern Utah dealing with Celiac Disease and related Gluten Intolerances. We help one another live gluten free by sharing information about local resturants, how we like various gluten free products, sharing recipes, and answering questions and concerns of those newly diagnosed. We would love to have you join us.

Watch out with the GF "all purpose flour." It would most likely contain corn starch, which wouldn't work for your niece.

I was at Sunflower Market in SLC yesterday and they have ready to heat turkey gravy that is GF.  The brand is Imagine Natural Creations.  I haven't tasted it

Use gf all purpose flour with xanthan Gum to make the gravey with Kitchens turkey broth and it is the next best thing other than using cornstarch.   good
