This list is unmoderated and unrestricted. It is principally to provide a discussion forum for parents of children on the autistic spectrum who are avoiding gluten and casein in their diet. It is hoped that it will also provide information and support to anyone who is following a GFCF diet either personally or with their children. All related topics are welcome.
