For those currently on Fuzeon who are only going to add TMC 114 (It will be called Prezista) when it gets approved around June 23, I warn you to be careful.  If you  do not have any active agent left in your genotype test, you may want to wait (if you can) until the Merck MRK 518 integrase inhibitor is available in expanded access in a few months (3-4). That way you can start Prezista with the MRK 518 and Fuzeon plus nucleosides.
Those who are naive to Fuzeon have a good opportunity to start it with Prevista soon, so that you have at least 2 active agents to control HIV.
