Subject: [ATAC-Discuss] Fuzeon Patient Assistance Program Restrictions - Sign-On Letter
Please find attached an organizational sign-on letter requesting that Hoffman-La Roche remove its restrictions on Patient Assistance Programs (PAPs) in states that do not have Fuzeon on their ADAP formulary or states that have caps and/or restrictions to Fuzeon access. The deadline for signatories is Thursday, November 3--5:00 EST. Please contact Beth Crutsinger-Perry at bcrutsinger-perry@... if you wish to sign-on. In addition, please distribute widely to colleagues.
