Tibotec - TMC-114 Expanded Access Program (EAP) and TMC-125 Clinical Trial Clarification
Two significant announcements were made this week providing additional treatment options for patients.
First, the TMC114 EAP (TMC114-C226) is now opening across the US.

Second, Tibotec is about to start phase III, registrational trials for TMC125. This is first time a clinical trial has been conducted, in HIV/AIDS, that combines two investigational antiretroviral agents. These trials will study TMC125, an NNRTI with activity against NNRTI-resistant virus, in combination with TMC114, the new PI.
More details will be available early next month.
