Mr. Bernard,
I have attached 2 letters that we have acquired to help ease the issue of flying with CO2. I hope that you find these helpful. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.
Thank you,
Sonja Morris

Hello,
I have recently started the Biojector system. I am having a problem getting approval from the airlines and TSA for safe passage and transport. The "problem" seems to be the Co2 cartridges, not the syringes, and not the gun. One cannot put this in checked bags either do still travel with syringes as well just in case something happens and biojector breaks. It seems that legitimate medical products shouldn't be treated like this. I think I can bully my way into them letting me travel with it, but it shouldn't have to be that way. If a person isn't aggressive they can't fly with it? The airlines need to change with technology and this technology has been out there for about 5 years, from what I understand. This is just one more annoying thing I have to contend with.
Do you have any suggestions as to how I can get the airlines to accept the Biojector?
Thank you,
Dave Benard
