I ahve traveled a lot and got stopped and searched twice (that is part of being latino and racial profiling). I carry a letter from my doctor saying that I have HIV and that all medications in my possesion are for my use and survival. They stop bothering me after seeing that. Just make sure you do not visit a country that does not allow entry of HIV positives, like Saudy Arabia, Russia, and many others
