Well, I found that by pressurizing the vial a little more than the instructions indicate, you can easily get every last drop of the precious stuff. Specifically, here's what I do: after the powder is completely dissolved, I inject about 3 ml of air into the vial with the 1 cc syringe (which means I insert the needle into the rubber cap three times). Of course, you are careful not to depress the plunger all the way. Otherwise, you'd have to use a new syringe. Anyhow, I found this to be helpful in making sure I don't waste any of this outrageously expensive drug.Sincerely,Chris
Also, be aware that Roche told me that sometimes we think there is bubble close to the needle but in fact that is just a plastic indentation part of the design of the syringe
