I would not recommend using those vials as we don’t know the stability of the molecule after 24 hours has elapsed.  It’s important that each dose provides optimal Fuzeon levels.  I would however suggest a call to the Fuzeon Answers Center to inquire about replacement doses for those that were discarded.  I don’t know if they can but it’s worth a try.
