You didn't mention my going on TMC114 at the same time as TMC125 and Raltegravir. I am resistant to all other prot.inhibitors, except I have never taken Tipranivir, would that be better than the TMC prot.Inhibitor?
 
Also, you didn't mention the new nukes I mentioned....some are in phase 1/to phase 2 trials now, and I would assume there will be studies soon, but I am scared to wait any longer. (see the list in the 3rd paragraph of my letter below).

At your current CD4 of 25, I would definitely do something now
 
If you have full sensitivity to Prezista, then take it for sure. There is a study that recently showed that those who have activity to Aptivus (Tipranavir) and Prezista can take Aptivus first and will still be sensitive to Prezista if the Aptivus fails. Talk to your doctor about this sequencing conversation.
 
If you have taken non nukes in the past and have developed resistance to them ,be very careful to assume that you have sensitivity to them now that your pheno shows wild type for  them. Resistance to non nukes can be archived and re appear once you start them again. I am concerned that many people who took Sustiva and /or Viramune in the past and developed resistance to them will not respond well to the new non nuke TMC 125.
 
I would not wait for the new nukes...they are too far away and may not be effective for long termers like you and I.
 
So, in summary:
 
You can take Aptivus (or Prezista)+ MK 518 + Truvada+ or - TMC 125
