Thanks to Cathy for this Frugal Baby Tip!

Lost the diaper pins? Grab a piece of sewing elastic and tie the
diaper on.

Or how about using Duct tape (that silver/grey tape).

Or two LONG pieces of Velcro. One soft side that wraps almost around
baby's waist and one hook side a little bit shorter to fasten it.
