Diapering_: Reusable Pail Liner
Thanks to Julie for this Frugal Baby Tip!

I just bought two cotton heavy-duty laundry bags from WalMart this
weekend, the outside does get a little damp, but I just lined my diaper
pail with garbage bag. I figure I'll change it every couple of weeks,
and I'm still throwing away much less than I would if I was using
disposible diapers!
