Description
Welcome to Friends of Anorexics (FoA). You are not alone!
This group is a support network for friends and family members of people suffering from any eating disorder (you may see that long description written as F/FMwED to mean the person you know who has an ED :). Together we can learn more about eating disorders and how to help/interact with the people we know who are suffering from them.
While people with eating disorders are free to join us, this club really isn't aimed towards their needs (addressed at Stronger than the Monster) and some posts may not be appropriate for them to read. I will try to put up warnings in those posts and do all that I can so that no one gets hurt.
My sister's club, Stronger than the Monster, is specifically aimed at helping people suffering from an eating disorder who are interested in recovery. Feel free to give that link to your Friend/Family Member.
