Most life choices require us to either step back to get a wide perspective; or step closer, and choose a clear focus. Wisdom bridges that gap.

The messages in this group are designed to help us to live a life of higher vibration. There may be forwards, or a mailer with an exercise/meditation/visualisation that will help us in our path to living life connected to our wholeness.

The messages encompass many fields of the study of human life- healing, lightwork, psychology, ancient wisdom, yoga and above all: the experience of living deeply, with expanding awareness.

There is a special quality to life when we share our experiences, thoughts, questioning, highs-and-lows with a view to enriching those around us. Sharing gets our chakras moving- let's get moving!
