Before I started trying to detox from fluoride, I was in such incredible and
constant pain that I was, at times, suicidal. And while I am now nowhere near
pain-free, my level of pain is markedly reduced from what it was!

If I'm figuring correctly, at the beginning of this "experiment," I was
ingesting 16 mg or more of fluoride daily. In addition to drinking (3 liters
daily!) and showering in fluoridated water and using fluoride toothpaste, I was
taking four Prozac daily! (Not to mention the occasional fluoride-based
antibiotic...)

That bring me to another question. Prozac has 3.3 mg of fluorINE per capsule.
How does that translate over to fluorIDE?
