Here in Queensland Australia back in December, 2008, we were forced to have silicofluoride poisons in our water supplies.
The whole of Australia is now being mass slow poisoned by the silicofluorides  toxic chemical waste sourced from industry.   I personally have been six months non-stop day and night working on this and trying to get our mainstream media to publish the staggering Evidence of Extreme Harm from such silicofluorides, but they are not interested.

I am extremely  fatigued that I cannot spend anymore time putting this into any better presentation, so I certainly hope it is okay for you, but I realise you will have to edit same, but  I think you will find the information extremely disturbing and I am sure you will appreciate the numerous websites with wonderful information about silicofluoride poisons,
which I use as part of my email signature to do everything I can to inform and educate and bring awareness to the world population who are forced to endure this water poisoning and many who do not realise that the are very dangerous chemical poisons.

I pray that you will be able to get some great attention and it would be wonderful if maybe you could communicate with some of the experts in the websites mentioned, particularly Professor Paul Connett  FLUORIDE ACTION NETWORK  www.fluoridealert.org/ and maybe Dr. Hardy Limeback (in Canada)  Dr. Russell Blaylock  and others you may be interested in contacting after reading my presented material.

Thank you in great anticipation,  I have noticed a surge in behavioural problems, violence, criminality in our surrounding areas here and I don't think it is a coincidence;  I am sure in USA  in "fluoridated" cities (silicofluoride poisons) you have terrible violence I know, andwe sure do in our capital cities particularly (which are all "chemically fluoridated" with these silicofluoride poisons.

Thank you for you letter of March 9, 1983, in regard to the fluoridation of drinking water.

The information available to the Environmental Protection Agency is that fluoridation is a safe and effective means for reducing the occurrence of dental caries. The fluoridation process has been endorsed by several Presidents of the United States and by several Surgeons General, including the current Surgeon General, Dr C. Everett Koop. A copy of Dr Koop's statement on fluoridation is enclosed.

Water treatment chemicals, including fluosilicic acid, have been evaluated for their potential for contributing to the contamination of drinking water. The Water Treatment Chemicals Codex, published by the National Academy of Sciences, prescribes the purity requirement for fluosilicic acid and other fluoridation chemicals.

In regard to the use of fluosilicic acid as a source of fluoride for fluoridation, this Agency regards such use as an ideal environmental solution to a long-standing problem. By recovering by-product fluosilicic acid from fertiliser manufacturing, water and air pollution are minimized, and water utilities have a low-cost source of fluoride available to them. I hope this information adequately responds to your concern.

“Tasmanian adults have the worst dental health in the nation with the highest percentage of edentulous (complete loss of natural teeth) adults per capita with 15.3% of the adult population, compared to the national average of 9.7%.The State also has the highest percentage of persons wearing a denture in the nation, with 11.2% in the 25 –

 Kidney Disease is responsible for the highest number of hospital visits to public hospitals in Australia. In 2005 / 2006 one third of all admissions to public hospitals were due to dialysis, 2000 each day of the year.

In 2005 / 2006 a total of 731,000 visits out of a total of 2.215 million hospital admissions were related to kidney disease.

In Tasmania in 2005 / 2006 a total of 12,400 hospital admissions were related to kidney disease.

Extensive water fluoridation (77+%)  throughout  Victoria and yet we see the story above on thousands of toddlers and pre-schoolers with their teeth rotting -  and the same situation on Tasmania’s teeth (91%) (now 2008 dropped to 83% saturation fluoride)   and they have  the worst teeth in the Nation and yet Tasmania has been fluoridated for nearly 45 years.

Doesn’t justice and common sense ring a bell that something is very wrong with this whole water fluoridation proponents and the extensive  worldwide evidence  against water fluoridation must be  recognised for the protection and safety of the entire population.

A RECORD number of NSW children and babies are having rotten teeth pulled out.

 

Experts say parents should stop feeding children between meals and start brushing their teeth earlier ------ or risk a lifetime of dental problems.

 

Latest NSW Health figures show 1590 children aged 14 and under had teeth extracted in 2006/07.

 

Another 1367 had teeth restoration and 1944 children had both restoration and removal.

 

The rate of babies, toddlers and children aged four and under needing hospitalisation for teeth removal has doubled since 1990.

 

“In this age group early feeding patterns and prolonged daily use of nursing bottles contribute to dental caries,” the newly released NSW Health Oral Health Data Book says.

 

Parents are being advised to restrict baby bottles and sippy cups to water outside meal times and at night to avoid early childhood caries (ECC).

 

Even milk, formula and juice are not recommended between meals once baby teeth appear.

 

“ECC is a serious dental condition during the pre-school years of a child’s life when developing baby teeth are especially vulnerable,” a spokesman for NSW Health said.

 

“It can be a devastating condition often requiring a visit to hospital with general anaesthesia for treatment.

 

NSW Health says parents should ensure their children’s teeth are brushed as soon as baby teeth appear.

 

This remarkable article based on NSW Health Department info showing serious deterioration in children’s teeth amounts to an admission that its policy of water fluoridation has utterly failed.

 

The disturbing and confusing aspect of this article is the attempt to place the blame on parents for this deterioration in children’s teeth.

 

No mention at all of the most effective way to prevent tooth decay by drastically reducing consumption of refined sugar, which is a major ingredient in virtually all processed food and drinks.

 

Researchers estimate that on average each Australian unknowingly consumes up to 1kilo of refined sugar per week. Not only is this fact destroying children’s teeth but is a major cause in increasing cases of diabetes, and other major health problems!

The *Sydney Daily Mirror,* 9th October, 1989, printed an article with a large heading 2cm letters:         *"SOMETHING ROTTEN OUT WEST"*

*"Hundreds of under 10's in Sydney's West have teeth beyond repair.*

*One person working at Bidwill School Dental Clinic stated:*

*Parents are under a misconception that fluoride in N.S.W. drinking water will be enough to do the trick."*

That same statement was made in West Australia by the Chairman, A.D.A., Don Wilson reported in *The West Australian:*

*"Many parents had been lulled into a false sense of security about the protection of fluoridate water."*

An article in the Melbourne *Herald Sun,* 19th January, 2004, stated:

*"LABOR'S $400m TO FIX TEETH"*

*"About 228,000 Victorians are now facing an average two-year wait for dental care.*

*A third of Australians earning between $30,000 and $50,000 who had not been to the dentist for two years said it was because their inability to pay.*

*Some pensioners and low-income earners face a five-year wait to see a dentist."*

Another statement by the President of the A.D.A. Tasmania, shows the result of community fluoridated drinking water.

The A.D.A. President is quoted in the *Tasmanian Advocate, *4th May, 2001, as follows:

*"Tasmania is on the brink of a dental crisis."*

That statement of a dental crisis after 45years of compulsory fluoridation.

*Last year, people in Burnie, Tasmania, were walking the streets collecting signatures on a petition to the Tasmanian Government demanding relief from 5 years waiting lists for dental treatment.*

That is after 45 years compulsory mass medicating the population with fluoridating Tasmania's drinking water supplies. "There will never be dental decay problems in Tasmania." Indeed Tasmania has also been claiming 50 years of benefits from fluoridation, an example expressed throughout Australia by the fluoride travellers selling fluoridation.

The New South Wales Opposition says it is concerned renal dialysis services are operating at full capacity across western Sydney, potentially compromising patient care.

The Sydney West Area Health Service has confirmed that its four dialysis centres are working at full capacity.

It says no patients are being turned away, but some have to wait if they want treatment close to home.

The Liberal Member for Baulkham Hills, Wayne Merton, says the high demand is playing havoc with some of his constituents, and their appointments are often changed.      "A lot of these people are elderly and have transport difficulties travelling quite considerable distances," he said.
"I think the State Government has to acknowledge there is a problem and I think a closer examination will in fact disclose that is the situation."

The health service says it tries to accommodate patient requests.

Western Sydney has a higher than average rate of demand for dialysis.

A new treatment unit has been approved at Auburn and should be commissioned next year.

On June 19, 2008 the American Dental Association updated its website reporting that
fluoride is a concern to all kidney patients, not just those on dialysis.

Along with false assurances of safety, fluoride chemicals are added to some public and  bottled water in the unscientific belief it reduces cavities.

Fluoride-induced bone damage could occur in kidney patients who consume even
"optimally" fluoridated water because malfunctioning kidneys do not properly sift
fluoride from the blood and out of the body. Fluoride can build up in bones making
them brittle and fracture.

For this reason, the National Kidney Foundation (NKF) withdrew its fluoridation
endorsement in October 2007, which they made public in a fluoride paper dated April
15, 2008 with advice that “individuals with CKD [Chronic Kidney Disease] should be
notified of the potential risk of fluoride exposure.”

After the 2006 National Research Council's (NRC) fluoride toxicology report was

brought to their attention, the NKF withdrew its fluoridation endorsement.

The NRC fluoride report was created by a 12-member panel of scientists to review
current fluoride toxicology data at the request of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to determine whether the maximum contaminant level goal (4 mg/L) of fluoride in public water supplies is safe. The NRC says that level must be lowered. But neither  the NRC nor the EPA has defined a safe level.

At least three NRC panel members conclude that water fluoride levels should be close
to zero, not only to protect kidney patients, but also thyroid patients, infants and high water drinkers.

This would effectively shut down fluoridation in the U.S.

But organized dentistry isn't going to let go of its pet project and diminish its political viability by admitting  fluoridation is a failed experiment._ So they downplay anything negative about fluoride and in this case they want you to know that fluoride is only a secondary concern. And, of course, this writer wants you to know that secondary doesn't mean no concern.

However, even the ADA seems to be covering their legal assets with this statement in
their /Fluoridation Facts /booklet, “decreased fluoride removal may occur among
persons with severely impaired kidney function who may not be on kidney dialysis.”

In 2003 the American Dental Association and the Centers for Disease
Control gave the state of Kentucky a "Fifty Year Award" recognizing their
50 years of continuous water fluoridation. In 1992 they were 100%
"optimally fluoridated", and in 2000 they were over 96% "optimally
fluoridated". So, with all of this fluoridation one would expect a very
low incidence of cavities, right? So how come in a 2002 article in the
Cincinnati Enquirer it was revealed that nearly 50% of Kentucky's 2 to
4 year olds have cavities? That's twice the national average! The Centers
for Disease Control named Kentucky the top state in the country where
residents lost all of their teeth. 42% of Kentucky's adults are toothless-the
highest in the country.

What about the kids in Newburgh, NY, another super fluoridated
community, who have more cavities, and more fluoride caused discolored
teeth than children in never fluoridated Kingston, NY? What's up with that?

Residents of Hawaii and California, the least fluoridated US states (13% and
15.7% respectively) are least likely to be toothless, according to the
Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report. Interestingly, along with Kentucky,
West Virginia (82.1% fluoridated) has the most toothless residents.

"While fluoride is proclaimed a significant cavity reducer, there is little, if
any science to support that", according to Paul Beeber, a lawyer and President
of the New York State Coalition Opposed to Fluoridation.

"The prevalence of dental fluorosis now ranges somewhere between 35%
and 60% in fluoridated communities and between 20% and 45% in non-
fluoridated areas", according to "Trends in Prevalence of Dental Fluorosis
in North America," Community Dental Oral Epidemiology, June 1994. It
seems that the more fluoride used, the more cavities.
What's dental fluorosis?

It's an irreversible condition caused by excessive ingestion of fluoride
during the tooth forming years. It is the first visible sign that a child has been
overexposed to fluoride.

Fluoride doesn't just come from drinking water and dental products anymore.
It's in fruit juices, carbonated beverages, infant formulas, and certain cereals.
Food and beverage manufacturers aren't required to identify fluoride content,
so who knows how much we're all getting. Fluoride is the only water supply
additive that treats the person, not the water,

What are some of the effects of fluoride?

Fluoride is known to cause cancer.
The NJ Department of Health found that bone cancer in boys was 2-7 times
greater in areas where water was fluoridated. U.S. Environmental Protection
Agency (EPA) researchers confirmed the bone cancer-causing effects of
fluoride at low levels in an animal model. And, a new study has shown that
the fluoridation of water is linked to uterine cancer deaths.

Fluoride changes bone structure and strength.
Studies show that fluoridation leads to hip fractures. Fluoride gradually builds
up in the bones and causes adverse changes to the bone structure.

Neurotoxic and Lowers IQ
Research in 1995 by neurotoxicologist and former Director of toxicology at
Forsyth Dental Center in Boston, Dr. Phyllis Mullenix , showed that brain
damage occurred from fluoride build up in the brain of the animals tested.

Dennis  Stevenson  is a former Parliamentarian and Member of the ACT Legislative Assembly 'Fluoridation Inquiry' (1989-91).
The majority of inquiry members would not report the scientific,  medical, dental and court evidence received in worldwide submissions  proving that fluoridation causes disease, deaths, tooth decay and is  useless and environmentally destructive. MR PROWSE (10.30): I present the Electricity and Water (Amendment) Bill (No. 2) (1989). I

That this Bill be agreed to in principle.
Who is opposed to fluoride? This is the question that has been asked on a number of occasions. It
is suggested that such people are crackpots or are opposed to anything different. Nothing is further
from the truth. The opposition of those of us in the community who have, over the years, objected
to this mad act of pollution, this medication against the will of the people - the people have no
choice - has been based on opinions of learned scientists. Both medical and dental lecturers and
practitioners have written learned treatises on the issue of fluoridation. For example, Dr Hans
Moolenburgh from Holland was responsible for having fluoride removed from the water supply
after 20-odd years of fluoridation in that country. He was a doctor, a GP. On the results presented,
he was able to persuade the government of that country to remove fluoride.

Another learned writer, Mr Glen Walker, has written a treatise on fluoridation in Australia. He was
an industrial chemist who was well aware of the toxicity of fluoride. He has written many, many
works and has devoted the last 10 years of his life to preventing fluoride being added to water
supplies artificially. Another Australian, Dr Philip Sutton, has written a book entitled Fluoridation,
1979: Scientific Criticisms and Fluoride Dangers. He was a lecturer in dental science at the
University of Melbourne, and he was violently opposed to the use of fluoride. I can go on. The list
of those who are opposed to fluoride is never ending.

We may well ask Ms Bligh and her accomplice Stephen Robertson  what plan presented itself to cause a total backflip on this statement.

We all know there is something sinister going on here and the Queensland/Australian/global population will no longer stand idly by whilst Governments blatently and with breathtaking arrogance continue poisoning the people's water supplies  with silicofluoride S6 & S& poison toxic waste sourced  from industry and continue telling the untruths that the "fluoride is natural". 

No Government in the world should escape justice for such a despicable action and I again say, if any citizens were to add such a known dangerously toxic chemical waste S6 poison  to the water supplies they would be in jail, but because this is cunningly done under the guise of a "public health measure" it escapes under the radar; for now........

Position Statement on Water Fluoridation

 

Whilst recognising that the balance of the scientific argument favours the use of fluoride in the pursuit of oral health, it is a principle of ethical public health that mass, involuntary medication must never proceed without the express consent of the community.

 

The balance of argument rests on evidence which suggests that the prevalence of dental caries in both adults and children is reduced in communities where the water supply contains certain levels of fluoride.

 

In Queensland, referendum guarantees the consent of the community under the Fluoridation of Public Water Supplies Act (1963) (the Act). Queensland Government recognises that there is not a unanimity of opinion on the health and environmental

impacts of fluoridation, but in view of the prevailing balance of argument, encourages public debate aimed at enhancing oral health.

 

Water fluoridation was introduced in all Australian States in the 1960’s, and about 80 per cent of the population of most states now receive fluoridated water supplies. The Nicklin Government introduced the Act in Queensland in 1963. It places the responsibility for proposing this public health measure to communities, and carrying out their decisions, on individual local governments. At present, only about 5% of the Queensland population have consented to the fluoridation of their water.

 

Queensland Government supports the introduction of water fluoridation wherever it receives the consent of the community affected. It acknowledges the endorsement of fluoridation by many science and health organisations, including the National Health and  Medical Research Council, Fédération Dentaire Internationale (FDI), the International Association for Dental Research (IADR), and the World Health Organisation (WHO).

 

The achievement of improvements in oral health in the population is one of the Key Performance Objectives set out in the Queensland Health Corporate Plan 1996-2001.

The fluoridation of water supplies may be one avenue for the achievement of the oral health objectives set out in this document, and the Public Health Services Plan for Achievements 1996-1999.

Thank you for your recent correspondence regarding the Government’s decision to fluoridate Queensland’s drinking water.  I have been requested to reply to you on the Premier’s behalf.

As you may be aware, the Water Fluoridation Act 2008, which mandates the addition of fluoride to drinking water supplies, was passed by Parliament with bi-partisan support on 13 March 2008.  I am delighted that both side of politics support fluoridation as one of the Bligh Government’s most significant public health initiatives.  In a move which will bring Queensland into line with other States, 80% of Queenslanders will have access to fluoridated drinking water within two years, increasing to 90% by 2012.

Queensland spends more on oral health than any other State or Territory – an estimated $145.1 million in 2007‑2008 alone – yet Queenslanders continue to have some of the worst rates of tooth decay in the nation.  For example, a recent Australian Institute of Health and Welfare national study found that our five to 12 year olds have more tooth decay than their peers in any other State and almost twice the number of fillings of Victorian children of the same age.  The same study found five to 15 year old children from areas with water fluoridation had less tooth decay than children from areas without fluoride added to the drinking water.  This study can be accessed at www.aihw.gov.au.

Our ongoing investment in the provision of quality oral health services is limited in its capacity to make a difference for Queenslanders while a key prevention strategy such as water fluoridation is missing.

Research has demonstrated that fluoridation – together with oral hygiene and good nutrition – can reduce tooth decay by up to 40%.  We cannot ignore the extensive scientific evidence which shows that fluoridation is a safe and effective means of improving oral health, thereby reducing the considerable personal and financial burden of oral disease.  The introduction of water fluoridation will shift the focus to prevention over cure.

This decision is about responding to the very clear wishes of the majority of Queenslanders who support the fluoridation of public water supplies.  Surveys conducted over recent years by the Office of Economic and Statistical Research, the Local Government Association of Queensland, Central Queensland University and the Queensland Oral Health Alliance have consistently demonstrated that between 60% and 70% of Queenslanders support fluoridation.

The Government has long supported water fluoridation as a safe and effective means of combating tooth decay, and is a signatory to the National Oral Health Plan 2004‑2013, a national agreement which sets as a high priority the extension of fluoridation across Australia.  This Plan may be viewed at www.health.vic.gov.au/dentistry/downloads/oralhealth.pdf.

Furthermore, in 2005 the Government established a $6 million program to reimburse councils 100% of the capital cost of fluoridating local drinking water supplies.  Disappointingly, no council took up this offer.  As a result it is now time for the State Government to act. 

Fluoridation is one of the most widely researched public health measures in the world and is endorsed as safe and effective by more than 150 major scientific and medical bodies in Australia and overseas, including the World Health Organisation, the National Health and Medical Research Council, the Australian Dental Association and the Australian Medical Association.  For example, a recent review of water fluoridation by the National Health and Medical Research Council, Australia’s peak health research and ethics body, found that water fluoridation is safe and does not cause bone fractures, allergies, cancer or other adverse health effects.  This extensive and rigorous review can be accessed at www.nhmrc.gov.au/publications/synopses/eh41syn.htm.

Townsville water has been fluoridated since 1964 and every other State and Territory has been drinking fluoridated water for more than 30 years.  There have been no scientifically or medically documented cases involving adverse health effects from consumption of fluoride in Townsville or in interstate jurisdictions.

Fluoride is a naturally occurring mineral, and worldwide approximately 360 million people drink water that naturally contains fluoride.  Water fluoridation is not mass medication, but merely topping up the levels of fluoride already found naturally in the water to prevent dental decay.  Drinking fluoridated water stabilises the mineral content of bones and teeth, thus strengthening the outside tooth enamel from decay-causing bacteria.

While the great majority of Queenslanders support fluoridation, this does not prevent the minority within the community who do not wish to receive the benefits of fluoride from accessing alternative sources of water such as tank, bottled or filtered (reverse osmosis) water.  While it is recognised that this will impose a small cost on the minority, this will be far less than the very considerable costs currently borne by the community through excess dental treatment needs.  In addition, recent research has also found that those opposed to water fluoridation tend to already be using alternative drinking water sources, compared to those who support water fluoridation.

The Government’s decision is not intended to disadvantage those opposed to fluoridation, but to satisfy the very clear choice of an overwhelming majority of Queenslanders who wish to access cheap, safe and reliable fluoridated drinking water.

Free radical generation and lipid peroxidation, especially in the face of hypomagnesemia and low neuronal energy production, also magnify excitotoxic sensitivity of neurons and their elements. This paper reviews briefly some of the studies that point to a common mechanism for the CNS neurotoxic effects of fluoride and calls for research directed toward further elucidation of this mechanism.
