FLUORIDE CLASS ACTION UP-DATE Good morning everyone, Well, the second phase of the 28 days of the Class Action preparation for the action against the State Government Ministers for fluoridating our water supply has, as you know, finally expired on February 28th, and we have been busy preparing for what might be called the Class Action Proper. That is, as we had no satisfactory answers to our questions from either of the two cabinet ministers to whom we wrote, (they made a decision not to make a decision, which in itself is, by law, a decision!), we are now finally in a position to proceed to the next step. (It all takes time.) This important step involves selecting a nucleus of courageous, genuine and concerned persons (I know we all are) who are ready and willing to proceed to the next step, and put their names on the necessary legal documents for the court procedures. In particular, we are interested in receiving offers for such actions from people who are particularly prone to suffering from the various ailments that such fluoridation in the water produce, such as thyroid, kidney, liver, rashes of any and all kinds, the nervous system, mental and other health problems, with which I sure you will be familiar. If we can get just two or three people from each of these categories, each of whom have their health cards, pension or other concession cards, it will make our case even stronger, PLUS any other even healthy members, particularly with pension or concession cards, we will then assemble the actual Class Action Members, have the necessary documents filled out and signed, and proceed to lodge them with the court. It is important to note that with each member of this action having their abovementioned health or other concession or pension cards, (a) court costs will be waived; and (b) there will be no chance of a come-back, as you can't sue an empty box. We already have a number of courageous volunteers for this procedure, whom we thank for coming forward so promptly, to activate this next procedure in the legal battle for our freedom/s. Another dozen or so will be all we need. Please indicate your intentions to offer your signature at your earliest. Please also note that the up-coming election will not affect this Class Action. It may affect the procedure slightly, or the actual ministers and/or persons indicted perhaps, depending on the outcome of the election, but it will NOT affect our Class Action.
