I found the you tube video. Here's this blog of the person who posted the

any questions.

There are other videos of skeletal fluorosis that look much the same as this
video. Dr. Kennedy shot a good fluorosis video on a visit to China. India
has a huge problem with skeletal fluorosis, but there do not seem to be any
videos of fluorosis in India that are posted on the net.
