For whatever it is worth: in Dec. 2003, no thanks to an individual whose doctor and dentist had told her "no one can be allergic to fluoride," I was then served cookies sweetened with Aspertame (Nutrasweet) which I had previously told her I would not use nor consume because it is a man-made synthetic amino acid which is created using a fluoride. She is now a believer of what I say because the subsequence of her trust in the opinion of her fluoride ignorant MD and dentist was that I experienced a horrendous exema (over 40% of my body) which became a living Hell, literally, because my wholistic MD could not treat me for it. The natural (animal-origin) adrenal-cortical-extract he'd used before was no longer available and the standard Cortisone (fluoride base synthetic adrenal hormone) treatment would possibly have killed me. To add insult to injury, a few days after this person's ignorance was effected upon me with those toxic cookies, the region I
live in experienced an air inversion which lasted for three weeks!
Without going into what is lengthy detail, my education in nutrition, biochemistry, immunology (& a smattering of astrophysics) enabled me to hold my own and keep my sanity and self-control in spite of being able to sleep only 2 hrs every 18 to 14 and having to shower three and four times a day to control the itching and flaking of my skin. Four months later, a detox clinic in another state was found which, using intravenous B-12, et al chelation, dry sauna and colonics, had me 50% improved in 24 hours. A week of treatment and I was on the mend; however, it took me nearly a year to rid myself of all the affected skin. Daily supplementing with lipoic acid and biotin seemed to be the key. (My MD said he'd never seen anyone affected as badly as I was recover as totally as I did.)
Now, the point of this is,
nearly $1000 worth of lab tests done previously by my wholistic MD found me grossly deficient in lipoic acid and biotin which (without lengthy detail) I have since found is the key to enabling my body, at least, to properly rid itself of fluorides via the bowel rather than the skin. Two other exema sufferers, whom I've passed this info onto, have found the same. I live in the Spokane Valley, which is currently experiencing a horrible air inversion, complicated by the fact Spokane (since 8/91) has been burning its waste in a municipal incinerator which "legally" pollutes everyone with HF gas and microscopic F particulate for 200 miles downwind!
