Just to let you all know: Health Canada will release it's new Fluoride Guideline by Aug. 2008
 
I told them if they (the Federal Gov of Canada/Health Canada) keeps the same MAC (ie 1.5 mg/L) and only changes the "optimum" fluoridation level down to 0.5-0.7 mg/L (from 0.8-1.0 mg/L) that I'll have to sue them again because the true "optimum" dose of fluoride in drinking water is 0 mg/L and the true MAC is <0.5 mg/L.
 
More when I know more.
