Description
This is a group for people in the state of Florida who are in the process of losing weight or have already lost weight and are in the process of keeping it off.
Membership in TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) is not a requirement, but many members of this group are TOPS members.
We can share some recipes and weight loss tips. Maybe we can share some program and contest ideas (these are part of a TOPS meeting). Maybe we can share some encouragement and motivation. So all you Take Off Pounds Sensibly members in Florida (and anyone else on the lifetime weight journey) join in the fun and let's lose some weight and keep it off.
