About Us: We'll meet around 7:30 in the food service area
inside. Look for the RED ballon. We will begin bowling at 8 pm.

Location : Winter Park Bowl (Bowl America) is located at 1111
W. Fairbanks Avenue
(near the intersection of Fairbanks and Highway 17-92)

From I-4, exit onto Fairbanks Avenue (Hwy 426) and go east towards
Winter Park. Travel about 1 mile on Fairbanks. Immediately after
crossing Highway 17-92, Winter Park Bowl is on the left side.

From 436, take Aloma and pass through downtown Winter Park. Stay in
right lane, and the street becomes Fairbanks Avenue. Look for Winter
Park Bowl on the right, just before reaching Hwy 17-92 intersection .

Particulars: Most people play 2 games, so your cost should be about
$10. Shoe rental is free for groups with 12 or more people (otherwise
it's $3.20). So we need to get an estimate of the number of people
coming. Please RSVP, by email (Orlandoh2o@...)!!!! Even if you
don't want to bowl, you can have fun being a cheerleader.
Food and drink is available at the bowling alley.

After bowling.....we will go to FIDDLER'S GREEN PUB just down the
street from the bowling alley

Fiddler's Green (544 west Fairbanks) is a very cool antique style
IRISH PUB with Live Music. They have a whole room filled with dart

This coming Saturday, June 23rd, is the date for the snorkel and
sunset sail trip in Key Largo. I know some people are coming down on
Friday and making a weekend out of it.

If you have not already done so, please respond to the evite so that
we have an idea of who's coming. I know we have a few people coming
from out of town groups, so it is a great chance to meet and make
friends from all over Florida. If you have not received an evite, just
let me know and I'll send you one asap.

The boat leaves the docks at 5:30 and comes back in at 8:30. On board
there is free unlimited champagne and rum punch. The boat will provide
all of the gear needed for the snorkel, but feel free to bring your
own mask and snorkel if you prefer.

Afterwards we'll have a chance to cruise a few of the local hangouts
and chill island style.

If you need any more information on this event, please don't hesitate

Just an update for the Florida Keys Sunset Sail and Snorkel:

We have had a lot of inquiries about this event and wanted to update
you as much as possible. If you have any questions, please do not
hesitate to email me and ask. I'm happy to help you out!

I have spoken with the staff at Reef Roamers and they are psyched
about our trip with them. I have started a reservation list with the
charter company under the name of H20 Friends.  Be sure to mention our
group name when you reserve. You can book online at

If we get a certain number, we may even have the boat all to
ourselves!  They have two boats they can use for us. The first, Reef
Roamer holds up to 40 people. The other, Quicksilver, holds up to 49.
  The cost is $26 per person to just do the sail or $35 to do snorkel
in addition to the sunset. Both boats have fresh water shower/rinse
off and of course, a head. The prices include all equipment and free
unlimited champagne and Rum Punch.

Yes, there are several hotels available at the marina where the boat
is. Here is a list of places nearby. If you are coming down before
Saturday, let me know and we can put together an outing for people
making a long weekend out of it.

The Florida Keys group and the South Florida group are putting
together a Sunset Sail and Snorkel in Key Largo.

Ok here are the details:

June 23rd . . . a Saturday. Sunset is at 8:15 that night and the boat
heads out a little before and comes back in fairly soon afterwards.
The trip is about two hours long or so. You can choose to snorkel or
to just enjoy the boat trip and sunset.

Price for Sunset Sail is $26 per person if booked on-line
(http://www.reefroamersnorkel.com/sunsetCruises.php). Sunset Sail with
Snorkel is $35 per person if
booked on-line. Both trips offer unlimited complimentary Champagne and
Rum Punch. They have music on board as well. People can bring food, or
different drinks if they want and they provide a cooler.

The docks are at Mile Marker 100, Key Largo and there are at least
three hotels at the marina, and several others nearby.

Afterwards, we'll head to a popular local hangout, Coconuts (at the
same dock) for dinner (if we don't do food on the boat) and drinks and
dancing. It stays open late and is usually pretty popular on a weekend.

Elvises are playing at Skippers Smokehouse on Saturday, June 2.  I've
never seen this band but they are suppose to be very entertaining.  I

time.  Can't wait to go again in 2007 and was wondering if any dates
had yet to be discussed amongst the group.  Trying to put vacation
schedules in to our jobs and make sure we can get the time off. Will
it definitely be happening this year (hope so!)? Will it be once again
in November?  Thanks for any advance info anyone can provide....

Cartoonist and comedian Dan Piraro, the creator of the award-winning
syndicated cartoon Bizarro. The guy is HILARIOUS. He has a show this
coming Sunday, April 1st at the Octagon Arts Center in Clearwater.
It's located at the Unitarian Universalist Church off of Nursery
Road. When you go south on I-275 from Tampa, it's only about 20 min
