Description
In 1939, Peter Kelder published a small book which has changed the course of countless lives, bringing people renewed health, vitality and youthfulness. This book is the "Eye of Revelation." Millions of copies have been sold under various titles such as:
* "The Five Rites of Rejuvenation" (Borderland Sciences, 1969)
* "The Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth" (Harbor Press, 1985)
* "The Five Tibetans" by Christopher S. Kilham (Healing Arts Press, 1994)
* "The Eye of Revelation: The Ancient Tibetan Rites of Rejuvenation" edited by J. Watt (Booklocker, 2008).
According to Peter Kelder, the Tibetan Rites (often called the "Five Rites") were developed by Tibetan Lamas (monks, if you will) 2,500 years ago, before the birth of Christ. They are five simple yet remarkably rejuvenative exercises.
Carolinda Witt, who is a member of the group, has written two books about the Rites:
1. T5T: The Five Tibetan Exercise Rites (Penguin Books 2005)
2. The 10-Minute Rejuvenation Plan (Random House 2007)
She also has a DVD that is compatible with both books:

This is a moderated group about the Rites. Here you will find help and support for your practice of them, along with wide-ranging discussions about their origins and theories about how and why they work. We also discuss relevant aspects of health and rejuvenation, not just the Rites themselves.
We are a respectful and friendly group, tolerant of diverse backgrounds and points of view. We look forward to hearing about your experiences with the Tibetan Rites of Rejuvenation.
