I used halodrol for 6 weeks last year and got tremendous results...much to the effects of steroid like. Gained 12 lbs, got stronger, harder, and kept me fairly lean - I'm already lean as it is...If you can still get ahold of it I would reccommend it; however, like anything with testosterone increase so did water retention. You have to take something else like gaspari nutrition nolvadex to alleviate these symtoms and took testosterone tetris to bring my own levels of test back up to normal

Can anyone give me feedback on Blue-steel strips? Have they worked anything
like they are promoted?

I've been using our new product Gamma-O with CLA  and absolutely love it.  The addition of the CLA I can tell is already having some effect on lowering my body fat.  By combining this with a great training product, NO Xplode  by BSN, I feel like I have the best of both worlds.  Anyone else tried the Gamma-O and No Xplode combination out there?

Im a small guy (5'10 150lbs) and have a hard time gaining weight. i
can eat whatever i want when i want and not gain a pound. i was

We had posted about the effectiveness of training with a heart rate monitor  yesterday.  How many of our members have actually used one.  I personally train with one when doing my cardio and it makes things a lot easier.  One of the biggest ironies is using it makes certain days a lot easier because I don't have to feel like I'm training hard to burn the most fat.  My HR stays low for the best workout.
