*Main groups facilitated by professional counselors who have undergone WLS. Our purpose is to motivate, educate & inform while building lasting relationships. Groups are dynamic & friendly! YOU are welcome here!

* PLEASE NOTE: see our schedule of large & small groups in the file section
5-5:20 Community Group Opener; 10 minute break; 5:30-6:30 Small Groups (Pre-op, Post-Op, First Steps )Phase One); Newbies, Long-Term Post-Op, Topical groups, and more. Lap band small groups meet 1st & 3rd weeks of month, otherwise mixed groups for all surgery types;)
* Spouses & loved ones always welcome & strongly encouraged to attend mtgs
(Caregivers meeting being formed)
* Registration NOT required. FEE-$7 per night unless on MTC Membership

* Sorry but CHILDREN NOT ALLOWED! We do not have the facilities to host children. PLEASE make alternate arrangements for childcare.

*Sunday meetings held the Town of Fishkill Recreation Center, 807 Route 52, Fishkill, NY 12524 just off Exit 12 of I-84 Interchange. Proceed South toward Beacon approx 1/4 mile on right turn into Fishkill Town Complex next to T/F Police.
