If you have recently been diagnosed or have had fibromyalgia or FMS then this is the place to come and share. We all need support for those days we just cant function. You can share what helps (for me a hot soak with epsom salts or aspercream rub etc...) or a new medication that is out and how it has helped you but you can not give professional medical advise as we are not doctors. What works for some does not always work for others.

I will allow religious discussions only if it is not abused. You can share how your faith (whatever your faith is) has helped you cope but respect for others beliefs and faiths has to be a MUST.

Respect for others is just common sense.
