This site comes complete with the Fibro Monster himself. He's tucked away in Wolf's Den but he eagerly rears his ugly head whenever he gets the chance, to inflict his pain.

Fibromyalgia is the "most misdiagnosed disease" in the USA today!
It crosses all age barriers and most sufferers are women, but it is not uncommon for men to be afflicted too.

Together we will learn how to cope with this debilitating disease that attacks our whole bodies, and brings our lives to a screeching halt.

IN this group the most IMPORTANT NEWS you will be given is to go to Wal-Mart or a local pharmacy and look for SALONPAS! It is a green and white box with a blue stripe across it that says Salonpas! It even has the trigger points marked for you on the box LOL! Go to the aisle that has Bengay and other rubs and pain patches like that. If it is like my Wal-Mart here they hide them on the very bottom shelf and pushed back a little ways hoping we'd think they were out and maybe they could sell some of those 5 to 12 dollar each even. Salonpas is a WHOPPING $3.88 for 40 patches at my store. We laugh at ourselves and each other because on any given day one of us will be a salonpas mummy!
