Fermented foods UK is a place to share cultures and information about fermented foods such as Kefir of all types, yogurt , Sauerkraut, Korean Kimchi, cheeses, ginger beer and anything else anyone would like to mention.

Please note is expected that all members will offer their culture locally, and if they can, via the post in order to spread the cultures as far as possible. To this end please enter your details in the database for your culture/s (and let me know you have done this). Members not offering cultures will remain on moderation to ensure no commercial offers are made. Thanks !
