Live broadcast of in-office weightloss hypnosis classes. One hour class consists of 10-15 minute discussion regarding a weight loss topic. 30 minute hypnosis process with weight loss suggestions. 10 minute wrap-up and the class is excused. Classes are conducted every three weeks. Class schuedule listed on calander and email reminder is sent 1 week in advance and 1 day in advance.

All message post will be reviewed by moderator to determine the value of passing post on to members. All commercial/advertisement email posts will be rejected and/or deleted.
