Hi everyone, I am looking at different brands of various fish or cod liver
oils. got all the info about CLO's vitamin A:D and vaguely remember
something I read about the ratios and the synergistic working of EPA and DHA
as well as GLA (Gamma Linoleic Acid) found in EPO (Evening Primrose Oil) and
other info about Omega 3/6/9 - well I'm trying to work it all out, I've
gotten myself very confused, can any of you help? Do you know or can you
ask around your WAP connections what the story is with all of these?
Currently Kenzie's been taking Nordic Naturals Arctic-D which is ok by WAP
A:D standards but has a bunch of stuff in it to flavour it which I don't
like, plus it's expensive and I can only buy it from our dietiican. I had
been taking Microgenics capsules which are also ok by WAP A:D but Kenz can't
take them. We can both take Bioceuticals Omegasure which isn't CLO at all,
it has EPA DHA fish oil, and again is expensive.
I found a Fish Oil yesterday which I think will fit the description but can
you confirm for me? It has EPA 180mg, DHA 120mg, Vit A 25IU, Vit D 2.5IU
and Vit E 10IU. No GLA but I can buy EPO separately, just need to know the
amount in ratio to the others.
Thanks in advance!!
Sarah
