Supps...I wish I knew, but I seem to get reactions from most things,
after a while. Lately, I've been making the oyster stew from NT,
except without the dairy, once a week, like clockwork. Tons of zinc in
oysters. I have a real craving for seafood lately, and its jammed with
minerals.
I have seen in goats that low copper is diagnosed when the animal gets
wormy, and white rings form around the eyes. You may want to check out
this article...It is about *GOATs* not humans, but I still think it is
interesting, about copper toxicity and deficiency. Both are bad news.
You can poison yourself with too much copper!

One of the things mentioned in this article is molybdenum...I guess if
you have too much of it, you can get low in copper...Hey, now, isn't
taking molybdenum supposed to help sulfite intolerance? This
interconnectedness is getting so confusing. Maybe all we are learning
is that we are people who have a very hard time keeping our mineral balance.
About her coloring, well, some people think the coloring thing is not
true... but look, she still has blue eyes! We're all mutts, come down
to it. My brother, who came from the exact same gene pool as me has
olive skin, blue eyes, dark brown hair, stocky build. (I'm slight,
pale, light hair, blue eyes) and my other brother is colored like me and
has a red head daughter. I've known several hispanic blend natural red
heads.
I think if Emma was here, she would say the best way to keep a good
mineral balance is not to eat foods you are intolerant to! (just a guess)
