Milk

I have been eating yogurt for a few weeks now. made from fresh raw
milk in individual batches so it would keep well and be less likely to
form amines.

the only negative thing I noticed at first was slight itching at the
base of my skull and around my chin where I have had a rash that is
now mostly gone, but initially came on a few years ago after a year
of heavy yogurt and kefir consumption. I was never positive that it
waas the dairy but it seemed like a good bet. It did not go away
immediately upon removing dairy, but has taken yeaers of being dairy
free and then going FS. and still not 100% gone, but maybe 98%

but that itching seemed minor and it was so yummy and seemed to
really help my sleep that i have continued with it. The itching pretty
much stopped after about three days.

Now I am not so sure. My reactions are so subltle that it is hard to
tell. when i drink plain milk I get hungry almost right away. that
didn't happen with the small batch yogurt, But my appetite did seem to
gradually creep up and there have been a few spots around the chin again.

So i have relutantly stopped again to see what happens. I am thinking
that one good measurement would be a totally clear chin. the other
is my moods...i have had a few really sudden outburts of temper since
stopping. Could this be the opiod withdrawal.

Just rambling and hoping someone has something to offer that will help
me settle this once and for all!

Dairy is just so tricky if it is not an overt lactose problem.

Ellen, who aks you to forgive me for all the spelling problems I seem
to be having lately.
