I have actually done some research on NAET and I do think there is an
actual scientific reason why it works, but I don't understand it well
enough to try to explain it (and you probably wouldn't be convinced
anyway!). If it was just hypnotism, why would babies or small
children respond favorably to it? Anyhow, it's a moot point for me as
DH nixed the idea.

OK...why? I know milk thistle is good for liver support (does it not
contain salicylates?), but what about the rest? I have just started
taking a folic acid/B12 supplement (just regular B12 not the methyl
version) since we want to try to get pregnant soon, but I don't know
if I'm actually B12 deficient (B6 deficient for sure, though).
