A lot of people here are sensitive to amines including histamine but
don't necessarily produce high histamine as a metabolic disorder. I
would say most people here get symptoms from both the classic
under-methylated and over-methylated stereotypes.
Do you know whether avoiding salicylates helps with your symptoms?
