Hi Elena,

I don't know about dopamine, but I know carbs can play with your
serotonin levels - raise them in the short term but can deplete them
longer term. You could be on a bit of a prozac high at the moment. :)

I suppose it could also be cutting out the amines and your
neurotransmitters have dipped lower than your body is used to.

Either way the brain adapts to these kinds of changes so I wouldn't
freak out about it for at least a couple of months.

What do I know? I love feeling calm and emotionless!
