Hey everyone. I see this group is a little lapse... Well nevermind. I
took a break from diets for a few months because it was causing me too
much stress. Now I feel ready to try failsafe again with a significant
difference in that i'm trying the high carb version. I tried low
carbing for a good long time to know that it doesn't suit me. But
going back to a high carb diet without the sals causing hypo has
transformed my energy levels. Now i'm trying failsafe properly to
remove the headaches and brainfog(poss?) that are plagueing me
probably from amines and such, although i've been eating a fews sals
here and there.

So far I feel healthy but I also feel really emotionless. Is this
normal? I mean I don't feel much about anything, like all my passion
and drive has depleted. I guess on failsafe, you don't have the crazy
emotional rollercoster i'm used to, but gosh I feel boring. To me it
feels like some kind of dopamine deficiency, I hope it's not all the
carbs...

Elena x
