This Forum is for residents of Federal Way who have been trained as Community Emergency Response Team (CERT)members. It's purpose is to share ideas between neighborhoods; identify activities; and learn about upcoming training opportunities. CERT training encourages residents to: 1) be personally prepared to take care of ourselves for a minimum of 3 days; 2) strengthen the community by working with neighbors to take care of each other; and 3) know when we may be able to assist professional responders or when we can help best by standing back.
