Everyone:

First, let me take the time to wish you Happy Holidays. I hope this
post finds you all happy and well.

Second, I am sending out information about the Discovery Health
National Body Challenge. Christine Rose sent this to me. It looks
like it has some awesome tools to help anyone who is wanting more
structure on getting fit.

I will be taking this challenge. I am to the point where I am ready
to follow a more structured program. I will not be gauging my
success solely on the fickle scale, but on how well I follow the
program and do what I am supposed to do.
