Well, we've all been VERY quiet lately, haven't we? I've been feeling
guilty for not writing anything, and then feeling guilty because I've
been gaining weight. In my defense, I was once again grounded
(doctor's orders) this time due to a sprained knee. But, as of
yesterday, I have the green light to slowly work back into fitness
activities. 5Ks, here I come!!!
I stumbled across this article this morning and I was just really
struck by a very powerful sentence in it. It says "A healthy weight
is the weight your body naturally settles into when you are eating a
balanced diet and exercising." The weight your body naturally settles
into. Wow! There were none of the expected height/weight tables and
no guilt in this article. So, of course, I had to share!
