Dear Group:
I have been realizing that I need/want to save some money and oh by
the way also eat healthier, so I am going to start taking my lunch to
work.
My request, then, is for healthy lunch ideas. I'm stuck in the
sandwich/carrots with cottage cheese dip rut. I've tried to take
salads but am stuck in the romaine lettuce/veggies/croutons/blue
cheese rut.
Do any of you routinely take your lunch to work? If so, what do you
take? Any suggestions? Recipes? Ideas?
