Everyone:
I know that I have been silent as the grave, and there hasn't been a
lot of activity on the group lately. Please allow me to apologize.
I've been dealing with some severe PMS and had to adjust my Zoloft,
but I'm much better now. Hopefully I will be more consistent with
the information that I am sending ya'll.
Here is the link to a very interesting article that I found today on
MSN. Take a look and tell me what you think.

I've been slowly incorporating fruits and vegetables into my diet,
and I find that it just takes one meal focused on vegetables to make
me feel better enough to want to do it again.
And we decided to make some peanut butter chocolate cookies this
Sunday . .yeah...it seemed like such a good idea at the time. After
three of us felt ill after eating two of them, we decided they are
WAY TOO RICH for us. Who'd a thunk it? Stuff I used to like, is
too much for me these days.
Has anyone else ever experieneced that? After you've been eating
well for a while, you have a "treat" that you used to LOVE, and find
that either (a) it doesn't taste as good as it used to; (b) it makes
you feel sort of sick; or (c) it's really rich and you can't eat as
much of it as you would in the past?
Here's hoping you are all happy, healthy, and having fun.
Hugs,
Donna
