If a person is a “normal” body size but maintains this size through abusing their body, we suggest that they may want to rethink what they are doing. If the results you seek cannot be obtained through healthy habits, you will damage your health in the process, and be unable to sustain your results.
Healthy Habits is about sustainable change. We promote the radical idea that shifting the focus from “weight loss” to positive lifestyle changes will bring you joy, peace, and more fun that you ever suspected. We promote Nordic walking as a fun, good for you exercise. We have an online support group for celebration and encouragement. In the Salt Lake City area, we offer face-to-face education and celebration meetings. Come and join us in focusing on the positive.
