This group provides support for folks that are diagnosed Celiacs or Gluten Intolerant and folks that may have other and/or additional food allergies or dietary restrictions (e.g., Specific Carbohydrate diet, Anti-fungal diet, etc.).

The intent of this group is not to replace the broader celiac support group such as SillyYaks Yahoo group or the wealth of information available on the local DFW celiac support group and the associated Dallas ROCK group websites (whose links are included in the Links folder for this group). That said, while this group is intended for discussion of local Flower Mound area issues (including links to the best sources of GF products), announcing local area support group meetings and sharing recipes (especially from our Potlucks), much of the info is likely to be quite general, so we really do welcome anyone that would find the info useful

The files will contain presentations from the meetings (as available), recipes and other information deemed useful to group members. In particular, I like to share research info - especially that related to other health issues that go along with our celiac/gluten intolerant genes.
