Welcome to the member page for the Fitness Group for Black Women (FGBW)!

Membership to this group must be approved before one can participate in activities, have access to the calendar, communicate with and send e-mails to members, etc.

When you become a member of FGBW, you become part of a FREE* community workout group in Los Angeles which gives its members the opportunity to participate in:

1) Weekly Workouts
2) 5K, 10K, Half and Full Marathons
3) Meet-n-Greet events
4) Community Involvement Projects

Join us if you are female, at least 25 years of age, live in Los Angeles county and are able to travel to the workout sites (WLA, Culver city, SM and Manhattan Beach).

We take pride in that we do not post excessive e-mails but rather, focus our energy on coordinating activities and meeting in person.

*Please note that membership is free but some activities/events may require a fee.
