The Fetal Alcohol Support Network of California provides on-line support to the caregivers of children either diagnosed or suspected of having Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD). FASD is an umbrella term encompassing disabilities stemming from any of the following diagnoses: Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, Alcohol-Related Neurodevelopmental Disorders, or Static Encephalopathy.
