I'm at some sort of plateau or in some slump at the moment and I'm not
sure why, so I'll not be as positive on the equipment as others on these
lists. As part of my effort to figure out what's going on, I just
recently looked at my starting numbers, my highest numbers and my most
recent numbers. I might need to upload these in a different format so
that you can read the numbers. Some of the recent numbers are from a
CNS workout.
I like this equipment. It's in my basement & I can use it whenever I
get a chance. I don't need a spotter. I can do leg exercises without
scrounging around for a lot of weights. The meter provides fantastic
feedback.
I sustained a shoulder injury last spring (note results on Shoulder
Press), then wound up in the ER with a reaction to VIOXX in July. I
have yet to bring my running back to where it was before the ER
incident. And, as for upper body results . . .
