Hi Steve, Tom, Bill, and All,

Thanks for all your quick replies. I'm glad these Yahoo groups are
still open for discussions, as I do feel this is a very interesting
topic.

In response to your 3 emails, I fully intend on contacting the people
over at EF fitness, but prior to doing that, I'm trying to gather as
much opinion as possible. The reason being, I don't think EF fitness
is going to give me the name of any person that did not find the
equipment favorable. By coming to these 2 Yahoo groups, I'm hoping
that someone in the 150 or more members here has some solid numbers
on body fat reduction, muscle size increase, to show for these
machines over a set amount of time. Making an investment of more than
$2000 (US) is not something I'm going to do without solid proof that
these machines do what the maker says it's going to do.

In the Train Smart ebook, Pete Sisco states that he has trainees who
now workout using SCT as little as once every 6 weeks, with no loss
of muscle size, and that they actually increase in size over that
rest period! Incredible, if true. What my friends and I are trying to
find is, where are these trainees? He doesn't show any person, in any
of his books, who have accomplished these great numbers, he just
states that it's so. The models that he's using in his books to show
the exercises are bodybuilders who have used conventional type of
training, not SCT. I know this as fact because one of the models and
his brother workout in the same gym as myself; they appear in several
weightlifting books and magazines and take these type of pictures for
hire. If Sisco and Little have been using this type of training since
1991 or '92, when he says that he started with HIT, than PFT, than
SCT, they should be in incredible shape, and at least have some
pictures of themselves in their books, or at least some pictures of
these trainees, so we can see some real life results. If you pick up
a book by Dorian Yates, Bill Phillips, Scott Connelly, Arnold, etc,
you plainly see what they look like, and what their particular type
of training has done for them.

Even with the money back guarantee that EF fitness is offering on the
machines, I just don't feel like having to unpack and pack up these
machines if they don't put on the size they claim they do. (I've also
heard and read on several posts that these machines are very
difficult to assemble; I'd really like to hear more about that if
someone could explain). Hopefully there's at least a few members here
that have some positive proof with their own training of the
incredible claims made in these books.

Thanks in advance for your help with this research,
Rule1red
