I am glad that you are doing better from your operation. I bet that
you will find that you have lost no strength. I have gone for
extended periods before w/o training with no loss of strength. I now
train like every 12 days, just imagine where I/we all will be in one
year (hopefully with more strength and size).
I did go through those periods a few years ago where I would go back
to full range training, only to find that I would make no gains, even
regressing in some cases. I would love to be able to hit 1000 on the
deadlift on the EF machine, 3000 on the leg press, and 700 on the
bench press. These would be nice goals. How about everyone else? What
are your goals, more size?, more strength?, more definition?, etc?
On another note:
I would really like to see everyone show their workout results (I
love to see peoples progress). I hope everyone has gr
eat workouts and I will see you soon.
