A bit confused about Shawn's current position:   Message List

Re: A bit confused about Shawn's current position:

The site isn't pre-MIT: MIT -is- mentioned on the site, but only as part of
Shawn's bio. The site's been updated to 2009, and Shawn's still on it. The
site's still in place here as his site, easily fixed in a few minutes if it were
no longer the case. Considering that there's no active SB presence anywhere
else, (preceded by a notably constant presence), I suspect this site is quite
current indeed.

reflection of Shawn's current position.

his own private forum (but I have seen very little movement on it), and posts on
his blog (http://www.measuredintensitytraining.com/blog/) however he last posted
there to promote his 2008 August ebook launch.

in from time to time. The reason he stated at the time was that there was too
much negativity and doubt here, and he was essentially too busy to answer the
questions that have still remained unaswered. It's a shame we've lost him as a
resource.

remained undelivered. In his last promotoion on this message board for instance
part of the package was a new AB exercise, people are still waiting to recieve
this and other ancillary updates months later.

him. He hasn't updated it for almost a year. I then noticed his (new?) link
here: "http;//www.aafbiz.com". I was surprised: "Measured Intensity Training",
is only mentioned (MIT) in a short bio of Shawn as its founder. There's -no-
mention of 1RepGyms. "Explosive Fitness Training" (EFT) is the exclusive,
all-encompassing term used on the site, for : 1/The exercise system used at the
facility, 2/The machines used at the facility, and 3/The machines being sold for
home use. What happened?
