Michael, did you ever look in the "Files" section of this forum?
Assuming you're reading this in the yahoo groups page and not email,
look over on the left side. Look under Files. You'll see a "Meter
UsageInstructions.pdf" file. Do any of the things mentioned there look
familiar when you were having issues?
